The Archbishop of Australia, His Eminence Makarios, this week visited the Monastery of St. George at Yellow Rock, in the State of New South Wales, accompanied by the visiting Church of Greece’s Metropolitan of Larissa and Tyrnavos, His Eminence Ieronymos.
The Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church of Australia and accompanying hierarchs were welcomed by the All-Reverend Archimandrite Ieronymos, the Abbot of the monastery, with a doxology service later conducted at the monastery’s catholicon, or main cathedral.
