In the wake of this week’s meeting in Skopje between the resident Metropolitan of Skopje and Archbishop of Ohrid, His Beatitude Stefan, and the visiting Metropolitan of Volokolamsk, His Eminence Anthony, the former spoke by phone on Thursday with the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill.
His Beatitude Stefan expressed a wish for the two Primates to meet soon.
His Eminence Anthony serves as the chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations.
