Blessing of foundation of new bell tower at Romania’s police academy

Romanian Orthodox Church Bishop Vicar, His Grace Timotei blessed the foundations of a new bell tower at a cathedral within the Romanian police academy – on the 169th anniversary of the creation of Romania’s gendarmerie.
