Bulgaria Prime Minister Boyko Borisov on Tuesday was received in the Black Sea port city of Varna by the Bulgarian Orthodox Church Metropolitan of Varna and Great Preslav, His Eminence Yoan.
Borisov was accompanied by Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov and the city’s mayor, Ivan Portenh.
