His Eminence Metropolitan Aristarch of Kemerovo and Prokopiev of the Russian Orthodox Church and His Grace Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the Cathedral church of Saint Basil of Ostrog in Niksic on 8 September 2019.
Many priests, monks and deacons of both dioceses served with the prayerful presence of the faithful people. Metropolitan Aristarch visits the Diocese of Budimlje-Niksic on the occasion of 20th anniversary of the episcopal service and 60 years of life of Bishop Joanikije.
