The Holy Synod of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Greece on Monday issued a press release warning against the activity of a neo-protestant group called “Greek Missionary Union”.
In a statement, the Holy Synod noted that “…Orthodox Christians, as members of the one and only Body of Christ, the Church, have no need of inchoate heretical movements, nor for various self-ordained ‘preachers’ from within the country or abroad.”
