On Thursday, June 15, 2023, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America visited All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Weirton, West Virginia. During the visit, Archon Michael Psaros presented a plaque to His Eminence that commemorates the historic visit of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to the parish. The plaque has now been added to the edifice of the church.
