The Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Kirill, this week signed an agreement with Russian Labour and Social Protection Minister Maxim Topilin, aimed at promoting the development of volunteerism by the Russian Church’s bodies and the state’s social agencies.
