Last month’s Holy and Great Easter Week services and the splendorous Holy Saturday liturgy heralding the Lord’s Resurrection were reverently and solemnly observed with centuries-old Athonite rite at the Holy & Great Monastery of Vatopedi on Mount Athos.
Holy Easter and Resurrection services were officiated by the Elder Archimandrite Ephraim, the Abbot of Vatopedi, and co-officiated by Vatopedi elders.
