Ecumenical Patriarch receives visiting Greek Dep. FM

The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, over the weekend received Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Costas Vlasis, as part of the latter’s official visit to Constantinople.
Vlasis holds the expatriate Greeks and religious affairs portfolio at the foreign ministry.
The Greek official attended the Divine Liturgy on the occasion of the Sunday of Orthodoxy commemoration at the Ecumenical Patriarchate, where he recited the Symbol of Faith creed.
During his stay in the Bosporus metropolis, Vlasis also met with representatives of ethnic Greek foundations, academics, business people, the heads of the communities’ schools as well as media professionals.
