An environmental conference, in cooperation with the European Center for Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Monuments, was held on Sunday at the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Theological School of Halki.
The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, was represented at the conference, entitled “Nature, the Outdoors and Gardens as places of Production and Artistic Inspiration for the Byzantines,” by the Bishop of Xanthoupolis, His Grace Paisios.
