Con-celebratory events commemorating the feast day of Our Righteous Father Panagis Basias were concluded at the St. Nicholas Cathedral – Ascension, in the city of Lixouri, on the Ionian Island of Cephallonia. The resident Metropolitan, His Eminence Demetrios, officiated at the Vespers and a Holy Supplication.
A litany of the saint’s Holy Icon and Relics followed in the streets of Lixouri, which concluded at the Cathedral of St. Spyridonas.
