Forefeast of the Elevation of the Holy Cross

The Church today observes the Forefeast of the Elevation of the Holy Cross. Today also marks the Consecration of the Church of the Holy Resurrection, or Holy Sepulchre. Finally, today is the feast day of Cornelius the Centurion & Martyr.
