Georgian Patriarchate says some fake Facebook accounts, bots, and trolls attacked its official Facebook page.
Patriarchate detected approximately 500 fake Indian-origin accounts.
“We believe that verified and objective information will bring more good to our state, society, media, and church than a falsified rating and dishonest attitude,” the Patriarchate’s public relations office said in a statement.
