Fifty-five Ukrainian children and teens hosted in refugee reception centers in Poland arrived on the island republic on Thursday to spend 15 days.
The group of young people will be under the direct supervision of the Holy Metropolis of Tamassos and Orinis, and will be accompanied by the resident Metropolitan, His Grace Isaiah.
The travel and hosting of the group has been covered by the Metropolis and Cyprus’s tourism ministry, with a hotel at the Aghia Napa resort has provided lodging at no charge.
