We were delighted to welcome Metropolitan Athenagoras of Belgium on his first visit to our Library last week. On this special occasion, he cut the Vasilopita—the traditional cake that reminds us of St. Basil’s charitable actions—and took the time to engage in meaningful discussions with all of us.
Before departing, his Eminence signed our Guest Book, leaving us with heartfelt words of praise and encouragement:
