The Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Irinej, this week emphasized that “…Serbia without Kosovo and Metohija is not Serbia…”
In a statement, the Patriarch said that “… it’s like cutting off the head or taking out the heart of a person.”
He also underlined that the remaining Serbian Orthodox residents in the province are safeguarding the holy sites they inherited from their ancestors.
