‘Man of God’, the award-winning box office hit that depicts the inspiring life of Saint Nektarios of Aegina written and directed by Yelena Popovic starring international cast Aris Servetalis, Alexander Petrov and Golden Globe winner Mickey Rourke will release in French theatres through Saje Distribution as a Saje Event film release March 10th, 13th and 14th 2022 in select theatres nationwide.
Man of God is box office phenomenon that won the hearts of the public in Greece, Russia and Serbia and will also like in France, release in Latin America, Australia and the United States in theatres during the upcoming Easter festivities. The music for the film was composed by two-time French Cesar winner Zbigniew Preisner with special performance by Golden Globe winner Lisa Gerrard.
The film has won multiple awards international including the Audience Award at the Moscow International Film Festival, the Audience Award at the Los Angeles Greek Film Festival, the Best International Film Award at the Siena International Film Festival, Italy, the Audience Award and Best Director Award at the St. Andrews Film Festival.
