An inter-faith memorial event was held in Weimar, Germany this week on the occasion of last month’s centennial anniversary of the Pontian Genocide in Asia Minor. Wreaths were also laid at the former Nazi concentration camp of Buchenwald.
The event also commemorated the Armenian and Assyrian Christian genocides by Ottoman forces and irregulars throughout WWI.
