The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, has appointed the Metropolitan of Rethymno & Avlopotamos, His Eminence Prodromos, as a representative of the Mother Church at the Archdiocese of America’s 46th Clergy-Laity Congress, which opens on Monday, July 4th, in New York City.
