MoC between Archdiocese of Australia, Greece’s culture ministry to chronicle, preserve verbal history of Hellenism on island continent

The Archbishop of Australia, His Eminence Makarios and Greek minister of Culture Lina Mendoni have signed a memorandum of cooperation to chronicle a verbal history of Hellenism on the island continent.
Memorandum foresees the systematic and detailed recording of personal histories of ethnic Greeks who migrated to Australia, especially the first immigrants to Oceania, and their contributions to the formulation of the modern Australian nation.
