Sixteen rare icons were conveyed to the Orthodox Cathedral of the Salvation, in Bucharest, from the Monastery of Putna.
The Patriarch of Romania, His Beatitude Daniel, expressed thanks for the gifting of the icons by the Archimandrite Elder Mel-CHI-zedek, the abbot of the monastery.
