The Church today commemorates New Hieromartyr Seraphim, the bishop of the Phanar in Greece. In another feature today on Orthodoxia Νews Αgency, the Monk Kirillos speaks about the 18th century monastery of the Nativity of the Theotokos, better known as the Koroni, or crown, monastery.
The monastery, located in a verdant spot in the rugged Agrafa mountain range of north-central Greece, close to Lake Plastira, contains the Holy Relics of St. Seraphim.
Kirillos also speaks of the miracles attributed to the New Hieromartyr Seraphim.
