The Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, His Beatitude John X, this week met at the Patriarchal Monastery of St. George Al-Humeyra with Orthodox clergymen of Diocese of Damascus and the rural Damascus region.
The meetings, which will last until Thursday, were opened with a Vespers, officiated by Patriarch John.
His Beatitude underlined the importance of the sessions and the fraternal assembly.
