His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on Tuesday received visiting Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, at the Patriarchal residence of in the Russian capital’s Danilov Monastery.
The meeting was also attended by Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, the chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, as well as other hierarchs of the Russian Church.
The Cuban delegation accompanying Diaz-Canel included the country’s foreign minister and top diplomats.
