The Church of Greece and the Greek foreign ministry have announced an initiative to combat all forms of trafficking, an acute problem around the world.
On the ministry’s side, the initiative will be coordinated by Deputy Foreign Minister Markos Bolaris.
The minister has already sent letters to all the Metropolises under the Church of Greece’s jurisdiction, as well as to representatives of other faiths in the country.
Bolaris requests cooperation on issues affecting the prevention of trafficking, and support for victims of trafficking.
