The memory of Saint Arsenios of Paros was celebrated with great solemnity over the two-day period of 30 and 31 January 2026 at the Holy Monastery of Christou Dasous – Saint Arsenios, on Paros.
On the eve of the feast, in the afternoon, Festal Vespers were celebrated, presided over by His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Keramos, assisted by clergy of the island, in the presence of a multitude of pilgrims.
On the following day, Saturday, 31 January, in the morning, Matins were celebrated, presided over by the local Shepherd, His Eminence Metropolitan Kallinikos of Paronaxia, who also presided at the Divine Liturgy, concelebrating with His Grace Bishop Bartholomew of Keramos, the Protosyngellos of the Holy Metropolis, Archimandrite Dorotheos Venetsanopoulos, as well as many priests of the island.
The holy sermon was preached by the Preacher of the Holy Metropolis, Archimandrite Arsenios Melissianos.
The local authorities were also present for the feast day, headed by the Mayor of Paros, Mr. Konstantinos Bizas, along with a large number of pilgrims.
