With ecclesiastical splendour and with the participation of pilgrims from Greece, The Sunday of Pentecost was celebrated in Bursa.
A group of members and friends of the Evros Cappadocian Association, under the leadership of its President, Mr. Fanis Isaakidis, who also leads the Panhellenic Union of Cappadocian Associations, in the context of their visit to the beloved Proussa, went to church on the Sunday of Pentecost at the Church of Triglia, the use of which was ensured by His Eminence Metropolitan Ioakeim of Bursa, following a special permission from the Municipality of Moudania.
After the end of the Divine Liturgy, where a group of pilgrims from Xanthi came and joined the church service, and the Vespers of the feast of the Holy Spirit, during which the prayers of the kneeling were read, the pilgrims from Evros led their steps to the nearby ornate building of the once-renowened Hellenic Educational Schools of Triglia, where they enjoyed local delicacies, offered by the local Shepherd, and watched an artistic program that was performed, an event which Metropolitan Ioakeim had overseen, from the local cultural group: Galart Folk Festival Organisation.
