Greek gov’t to impose 100€-fine per month on unvaccinated citizens above age of 60

The Greek prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on Tuesday announced that unvaccinated Greek citizens above the age of 60 in the country will be slapped with a 100-euro fine per month, until they receive the Covid-19 vaccine. In announcement the unprecedented measure, Mitsotakis said his government preferred this course of action instead of imposing another “lockdown”.
