Vote of confidence in Greek Parliament for new Mitsotakis gov’t

The new Mitsotakis government on Monday evening received its first vote of confidence from a new Parliament plenum that arose from the July 7 election.
One hundred and fifty-eight (158) deputies in the 300-MP legislature, all elected with ruling New Democracy party, approved of the vote of confidence — 142 deputies from opposition parties voted against.
