Four New Clergymen in the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Canada
The Holy Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Canada would like to inform with much happiness and glory to God, the following new ordinations to the clergy:
George Kodogeorgakis 28 years old, a graduate of our Theological Academy, was made a monk and took the name Nikodimos. On April 30, 2019, he was ordained a Deacon at the church of St. Nicholas in Laval, Quebec. On May 16, 2019, he was ordained a Priest at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church in Laval, Quebec. Axios!

Michael Christodimitropoulos 39 years old, a first year student of our Theological Academy, was tonsured a monk and took the name Venediktos. On May 18, 2019, he was ordained a Deacon at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Montreal, Quebec. On June 4, 2019, he was ordained a Priest also at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Montreal, Quebec. Axios!

Thomas Sandberg 35 years old, married, in his fourth year of studies at our Theological Academy. On July 5, 2019, he was ordained a Deacon at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Axios!

Kosta Chialtas married and father of a young boy, is 39 years old and a graduate of our Theological Academy. He was ordained a Deacon at Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Mississauga, Ontario. Axios!

Our Holy Archdiocese is delighted to have these young new Clergymen, who bring a lot to the Orthodox Church in Canada.
His Eminence Archbishop Sotirios praises the Trinitarian God for the great blessing of the new clergymen. He congratulates the new Clergymen and wishes them success in their ministries. Many thanks to their families as well.
