Visit of a delegation from New Georgian University to the Theological School of Halki
On Monday, 11 November 2024, an official visit was made to the Theological School of Halki by a delegation of the New Georgian University of Georgia, consisting of His Eminence Metropolitan Gregory, Rector of the University, the Dean and Professors of its Theological School.
The visitors were received by the Abbot, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, who welcomed them to the Great Synod room of the School, referring to its history and contribution. Afterwards, they were guided to the Chapel of the Holy Trinity, the old classrooms and the historic Library of the School, while they also took part in a meal which was hosted in their honour.
