“The first Holy Orthodox Metropolis of Ireland”, is the title of the short documentary, lasting just over 16 minutes, which presents a brief history of the centuries-old presence of Orthodoxy in Ireland, as well as the effort made to revive it, after the establishment of the local Holy Metropolis by the Ecumenical Patriarchate. The documentary features the first Metropolitan of Ireland, His Eminence Metropolitan Iakovos, who describes the needs, challenges and his vision for the newly established Metropolis.
