Reception of the Holy Skull of Saint David at the Church of Saint Achillios, Larissa
At the Holy Metropolitan Church of Saint Achillios in Larissa, His Eminence Metropolitan Ieronymos of Larissa and Tyrnavos, officiated, where, before the Great Vespers in Alogos Square, he welcomed the sacred Skull of the Holy Father David the Elder from the Holy Monastery of Saint David in Evia.
In his sermon, His Eminence, after recounting the life of Saint David, emphasised the determination of his faith and dedication to the Church.
Concluding, Metropolitan Ierotheos thanked the Brotherhood for the arrival of the Holy Skull of Saint David and asked them to convey his fraternal wishes to His Eminence Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Chalkida, with whose approval and blessing the pilgrimage is taking place.
