Archbishop of Cyprus praises cooperation with govt

“Our goal, the compass of our actions is the well-intentioned best interests of our flock,” His Beatitude said.

Archbishop Chrysostomos said the Cypriot government is well-aware of the Church of Cyprus’ positions regarding coronavirus-related restrictions and precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, therefore, the Church will avoid doing anything that will be perceived as allowing the virus to spread.
