The Moscow Patriarchate’s finance and economic administration chairman, His Eminence Metropolitan Ignaty of Vologda and Kirillov, met this week with Alexey Emelyanov, the head of the Moscow department for cultural heritage, part of ongoing contacts within the framework of the “Culture of Moscow” program.
