The persistent efforts of an Orthodox missionary priest in Tanzania are bringing to fruition a budding new parish in sub-Saharan Africa.
The new parish of the Holy Trinity in Niakagera, in Tanzania, is a life’s work of Fr. Chysostomos, the parish priest of the church of St. Demetrius Ibaba.
A Divine Liturgy has already been celebrated by the new parish.
