Student Conference at the Spiritual Academy of Kiev

Students from the Russian Orthodox Church and other Local Orthodox Churches participate in the conference. The Serbian Orthodox Church is represented by Mr. Nikolaj Sapsaj, student of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Belgrade.

The conference was opened by the Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine of the Moscow Patriarchate, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphrius of Kiev and All Ukraine, rector of the Spiritual Academy of Kiew Bishop Sylvester of Belgorod, Professor of that Academy Metropolitan Anthonius of Borispol as well as by students from Romania and Poland, Archimandrite Job and priest Yaroslav Maida.

The conference work is organized in many sections. The Serbian representative Mr. Nikolaj Sapsaj participates in the section “Orthodox Church in 20th century”, where he delivered a lecture on “Development of the State and Church legislation in the interwar period concerning the Serbian Orthodox Church”.
