The Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, His Most Divine Beatitude Theodoros II, on Thursday celebrated his name day with splendor and amid a festive atmosphere with clergy and faithful at the Patriarchal See in Alexandria.
On the morning of Thursday, the bells of the Cathedral of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary rang out joyously, with the Patriarch of Alexandria subsequently officiated at a Patriarchal Divine Liturgy, accompanied by several Metropolitans and hierarchs of the Apostolic Patriarchate.
