Russian Patriarch thanks Putin for interest in Church’s work, mission

The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill, on Wednesday referred to an active participation and support for the Church’s ecclesiastical, educational and social work by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In a letter, His Holiness congratulated the Russian President on the occasion of the Defender of the Fatherland Day, which is commemorated today, and wished him peace of mind, health and God’s help in his ministry.
