New chapel dedicated to three new saints of Greek Orthodox Church

A new chapel was dedicated this week at the castle of Thesties, atop Mt. Vlohos, in the Aetoloakarnania prefecture of western Greece.
The new chapel, within the Holy Monastery of the Dormition of the Theotokos, is one of the few dedicated to three new saints of the Greek Orthodox Church: Porfirios, Iakovos and Paisios.

The Monastery of the Dormition also preserves a wonder-working icon of the Virgin Mary. A feature has been posted today on the pages of the Orthodoxia new agency.
