Patriarch of Antioch John X visits Holy Metropolis of Beirut

The Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, His Beatitude John X, visited the Holy Metropolis of Beirut on Monday, where he met with the resident Metropolitan of Beirut and Exarch of Phoenicia, His Eminence Elias.
Discussions focused on the current situation in the Mideast country and Lebanese society.

His Beatitude also expressed a wish for global peace, and for international leaders to find immediate solutions instead of relying on “…war machines”.
