Fundraising screening of award-winning film ‘Man of God’ in Sydney

The Greek Orthodox parish of St Nektarios in Sydney on Tuesday evening hosted a fundraising screening of the award-winning film “Man of God”, which recounts the life, works and trials of 20th century St. Nektarios of Aegina.
Some 230 people attended the private screening at a Burwood movie theater, with the event raising 3,880 Australian dollars for aid to those affected by recent floods in the state, and for support of the parish’s food bank.
