Inaugural feast day of recently canonized St. Eumenios Saridakis
The inaugural feast day of recently canonized St. Eumenios Saridakis was celebrated today at Holy Chapel of St. Stephen and St. Nikiforos, at the glebe of Mount Athos Kalyvi of the Dormition of the Theotokos, in Athens.
The Orthros and con-celebratory Divine Liturgy was officiated by His Grace Bishop Epiphanios.
The services are being live-streamed by the Orthodoxia news agency.
The first feast day of St. Eumenios Saridakis was also commemorated on the eastern Aegean Island of Amorgos, with the Metropolitan of Thira, His Eminence Amphilochios, officiating at the Vespers on the Sunday of the Samaritan Woman – at the Cathedral of the Ascension of the Savior.
