Memorial service in Sofia for victims of 1925 St Nedelya Church bombing

A memorial service was officiated this week by the Patriarch of Bulgaria, His Holiness Neophyte, on the 94th anniversary of the St Nedelya Church assault in Sofia, which took place on April 16, 1925. After the service, Bishop Polycarp, in an address, called on the faithful to pray for the victims of the politically-inspired terrorist action.
