THE METROPOLITAN OF MESOGAIA AND LAVREOTIKI VISITS THE PATRIARCHATE
n Monday morning, 28 June/ 11 July 2022, a five-member group of clergy and expert scientists along with a pious congregation under His Eminence Metropolitan Nikolaos of Mesogaia and Lavreotiki visited the Patriarchate.
The group was warmly received by H.H.B. our Father and Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos and Hagiotaphite Fathers.
At this meeting there was an interesting conversation about the benefit of the pilgrims from their pilgrimage by “Galilaios” guided tour, about their help to the Christians of the Holy Land and of the Holy Shrines.
The Metropolitan of Mesogaia repeated to His Beatitude his intention for immediate financial support for the ongoing renovation of the God-receiving Cave of the Nativity in Bethlehem.
