The First Paraklesis to the Theotokos and the feast day of Saint Solomone at the Phanar
His All-Holiness, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, officiated at the First Paraklesis Kanon to the Most Holy Theotokos, on the afternoon of Monday, 1 August, 2022.
On the morning of the same day, the feast day of Saint Solomone, of whom her holy relics are reserved at the venerable Patriarchal Church of Saint George, Phanar, His All-Holiness prayed from the altar during the Divine Liturgy which was officiated by His Eminence Metropolitan Athenagoras of Kydonia. His Eminence also officiated at the Great Vespers on the evening before the feast day.
