300,000$ awarded by Archdiocese of America as scholarships to 38 students for 2022-23 academic year

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America on Thursday announced that it has granted more than 300,000 dollars, in academic scholarships, to 38 students for the 2022-2023 academic year.
The grant committees, appointed each year by His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, consisted of individuals with a wide variety of ministerial and professional experience.

Funds for Greek Orthodox Archdiocese’s scholarships are made available by endowments established by donors for specific educational purposes and are managed by professional investment advisors, according to a relevant press release.
