St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Albany Celebrates Centennial
Albany, NY — On Sunday, October 17, 2022, Bishop Athenagoras of Nazianzos represented Archbishop Elpidophoros of America at the centennial celebration of St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Albany, New York. His Grace presided over Divine Liturgy and celebrated with the proistamenos Rev. Fr. Patrick Legato and numerous priests from the area. Following Liturgy was a lovely Hierarchical Luncheon with the pious church community, which concluded the weekend celebrations.
