The Feast Day of Saint Nektarios of Pentapolis was celebrated at Saint Demetrios Cathedral of Astoria by Rev. Archimandrite Nektarios Papazafiropoulos, Chancellor of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, who was joined by Rev. Archimandrite Christoforos Oikonomidis, Rev. Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne Evagoras Constantinides, Rev. Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne Panagiotis Papazafiropoulos, Rev. Protopresbyter Anagyros Stavropoulos, Rev. Presbyter Nicholas Paros and Rev. Deacon John Capones.
